Project Name: Northside Redevelopment
Project Description: This redevelopment project encompasses significant infrastructure upgrades, including full-depth pavement replacement, grading, drainage systems, and improvements to water and sewer lines across multiple roads such as Nuce Rd., Marma Dr., Northgate Dr., and Dan Emmett Park Dr. These enhancements aim to improve transportation infrastructure and public utilities in the area.
Our Role: RTF's team, led by our Senior Project Inspector, provided comprehensive construction management services. RTF ensured that all work adhered to project specifications, met strict regulatory compliance, and was completed on schedule. By coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, RTF delivered a seamless execution that exceeded the city’s expectations.

Description: Supporting the development of a new residential community, this project focuses on utility installations, including water and sewer lines, and site preparation to facilitate the construction of residential properties.

Project Name: Project FRA 161 15.80 PID 116322
Estimate: $86-100 Million
Description: This infrastructure project involves adding through lanes in both directions along SR 161 from IR 270 to US 62 and widening structures to accommodate the additional lanes. It also includes widening the ramp from SR 161 westbound to IR 270 northbound, aiming to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion.

Project Name: State Route 16 Resurfacing
Estimate: $8 Million
Description: This project includes resurfacing Route 16, from the Franklin County line, to Route 37 intersection. It also includes related work that encompasses a signal upgrade at Route 16 and Summit Road intersection in Pataskala.

Project Name: Barnett Road Stormwater System Improvement
Estimate: $3.5 Million
Description: This project located in the Berwyn East community consists of the construction of stormwater and water improvements along Barnett Road, Bolton Avenue, and Fulton Street. This project will mitigate roadway and ditch flooding along Barnett Road between E. Main Street, E. Livingston Avenue, and the adjacent side streets. This project will include approximately 7,600 feet of 12-inch through 36-inch storm sewer, 1,500 feet of 6-inch to 8-inch water main, 48 manholes, 46 catch basins, utility relocations, pavement replacement and restoration.
Our Role: RTF's team is planning to provide expert construction management services focusing on documentation accuracy, stakeholder coordination, and timely project execution.

Project Name: Brent Spence Bridge & New I-71/75 Companion Bridge
Estimate: $3.6 Billion
Description: This project is designed to improve approximately 8 miles of Interstates I-71 and I-75 through Kentucky and Ohio, including the addition of a new companion bridge to the existing Brent Spence Bridge to reduce congestion, improve traffic flow and safety, and maintain key regional and national transportation corridors.
Our Role: RTF's team is anticipated to lead in construction administration tasks, emphasizing thorough documentation, stakeholder communication, and strict adherence to schedules.

Project Name: CMH New Midfield Terminal
Estimate: $2 Billion
Description: As part of the CMH terminal expansion, this transformative project aims to modernize airport facilities, enhance operational capacity, and ensure a seamless travel experience for visitors. The project includes upgrades to infrastructure and traffic flow systems to accommodate increasing passenger volumes and improve overall efficiency.
